Orders are packed within 1 - 2 working days.
Please note if you order a pre-order item along with other in stock items the order will all be shipped once the pre-order item becomes in stock. If you would like them shipped separately then you will need to make seperate orders and pay for the two lots of required shipping. We do not set specific dates for when the pre-order items will be sent as everything is handmade and will vary.
We offer free local pick up from our home in Burnside (South Australia). Simply select this option at check out and we will contact you about the when you'd like to come!
We have 3 shipping methods for Australia using Australia Post:
- our untracked $3 postage option comes in a padded envelope and is at the buyers risk (Australia post is usually quite good, but we do not accept responsibility for any postage issues). Only for orders $60 and under. Please read the refund/return information for T&C's.
- our $9 option is in a tracked satchel. The earrings are placed in a protective box (we recommend this option for extra safety). FREE with orders $70 and over! No code needed.
- our $12 express option is also boxed, tracked and in a satchel. FREE with orders $100 and over! No code needed.
Please note none of these options offer signature on delivery. If you need this service please email us prior to ordering. We are also not responsible if you write your address incorrectly, please take extra care when providing your details.
We also ship to NZ. $12 standard untracked, $20 standard tracked!
If you are located somewhere else overseas don't hesitate to get in contact for us to give you a postage quote and invoice!
Please note for all international orders - once the parcel leaves us with Australia Post we are no longer responsible for it, and aren't liable for any issues, fees, duties or taxes that may be incurred in transit.
Due to hygiene reasons there are strictly no returns. If there are any issues with the earrings please email firstname.lastname@example.org or message our Facebook page.
The untracked postage option means the buyer takes on the risk when selecting this option. DEUX is also not accountable for any complications with the postal system or orders that are not received once they leave us. As there is no tracking there is also no way to determine the time frame the order will arrive in.
Refunds/replacements are at our discretion. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
